Our Mission
The United States has over 1.3 million brave men and women serving our nation as members of our active duty military. Nearly 200,000 of them serve overseas. Many of them in Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Our dedicated soldiers, especially those serving abroad, make countless sacrifices in order to serve this great nation.
However, their right to vote as American citizens should NEVER be a sacrifice they should have to make.
According to the Federal Voting Assistance Program (FVAP), there were 3 million U.S. citizens of voting age living abroad in 2016 who cast approximately 208,000 ballots. The overseas voter turnout of approximately 7 percent compares to a domestic turnout of 72 percent.
These members of our military rely on absentee ballots in order to cast their vote on Election Day. And when they receive them, they almost always send them back in. In fact, FVAP's survey further showed that greater than 9 in 10 overseas citizens who requested and received an absentee ballot did cast that ballot in the 2016 election.
But here's the problem.
That's where we come in. Here's how we'll increase voting numbers...

But here's the problem.
- There's not enough information on overseas military bases about how to request an absentee ballot. And the information available makes the process sound confusing and complicated.
- Believe it or not, it's easy to forget that there's an election coming up. Remember, Troops living abroad aren't bombarded with the domestic media, newspapers, ads, and all around political noise.
- Sometimes Troops don't get enough early heads up to request their absentee ballot so it ends up arriving in the mail too late.
- Sometimes ballots never arrive at all.
That's where we come in. Here's how we'll increase voting numbers...
